FAQ: How is embroidery pricing determined?
A: Embroidery pricing is determined by several factors:
- Type of fabric
- Size of item
- Number of embroidery stitches
- Availability of thread colors
- Design charges
- Digitizing charges
FAQ: Can I receive a quote for an embroidery job over the phone?
A: No, we do not quote pricing over the phone. Please come by the shop and speak with us about your order.
FAQ: What is the usual turnaround time for an order once it’s been placed?
A: Most orders are completed in one (1) week. We do accept RUSH orders; an up-charge may apply. Pricing on large orders is based on a two- (2) week turnaround time from art approval to completion.
FAQ: How long does it take for me to receive design proofs?
A: Design proofs take 1-2 business days after art has been received. If a proof has not been received in that time frame, please let us know; we may not be aware you did not receive it. Orders are not started until final art approval has been received by us.
FAQ: If I don’t give you specific instructions, what is the procedure?
A: In the absence of specific instructions, we will use our own discretion in the production of embroidery.
FAQ: What if the embroidered logo or insignia did not come out right?
A: If the error was our fault, we reserve the right to replace product errors and/or embroidery with an item of equal color, brand, and quality. Please be sure your order has been placed correctly before leaving our shop or finalizing your design proof.
FAQ: When and/or how can I be notified about my order being finished?
A: We always call our customer when an order is complete. Orders usually are finished in one (1) week, but circumstances may allow a quicker or longer time. If you have a question, the best way to get in touch with us is through the Contact Us form on this site, or through our Facebook page by messaging us (Nipper’s Embroidery).
FAQ: I’m interested in getting some screen printing done. What’s the best way to discuss it?
A: For screen printing, please come by the shop. Some of the same factors above apply to printed orders.
FAQ: I have a discount coupon from a third-party source. Is it applicable to my order?
A: While we may advertise a promotion on occasion, we never honor third-person discounts.
FAQ: Is Nipper’s Embroidery a family-owned local business?
A: We are a local, family-owned business in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and are a member of the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce. We firmly support our Mt. Juliet Police Department, Fire Department of Mt. Juliet, and stand with our community in the support of our military servicemen and service women.
